NOT yet acquired but the path is VALIDATED (2026-07-23, see $comment): WFS paging unsupported, so fetch 15 per-fylke chunks (fes:PropertyIsLike kommunenummer LIKE '<NN>*', srsName=urn:ogc:def:crs:EPSG::4326) via the Firecrawl REST API direct-to-disk, then assemble via source_parts + --merge. Set GML_SKIP_RESOLVE_ELEMS=ALL at convert. Heavy coastline → GeoParquet + 0.0005° simplify.

Source GML ACQUIRED locally (.work/seed/NO/fylke/fylke-source.gml, 15/15 verified) — produce-ready once the batch runs. Heavy coastline → GeoParquet + 0.001° simplify.
