Republishes the eval-pass incumbent cm_r3Abe9f8fCuI from the documented ACT CC0 source (replace, carries the id forward). DISTRICT dropped — the districts were abolished in 2015.

Cantons (Kantone) of the Switzerland, 2026. ADM1. 26 cantons. kantonsnummer is the BFS canton number. REPUBLISH 2026-08-26: replaces cm_ffO3WrU5wcmx (dataset 0t0FFDIeuKrA), whose geometry was transposed (lon/lat swapped) by the boundary axis-swap defect: a 3D interchange GeoJSON is stamped EPSG:4979, whose authority axis order is (lat,lon,h), and ST_Transform honoured it. Fixed by always_xy=true in geo-ingest/crs.ts. These are the exact bytes verified on dev as 9zM39IwAWVmm — promoted, not re-produced, so prod and dev carry byte-identical geometry. Gate: bounds bracket the source exactly, 26/26 features.

Cantons (cantones) of the Ecuador, 2022. Dissolved from INEC's 2022 census sectors on INEC's own canton codes, so it is the geography the Censo de Población y Vivienda 2022 was tabulated on. INEC's census frame draws only the five inhabited Galápagos islands (Isabela, Santa Cruz, San Cristóbal, Floreana and Baltra); the uninhabited islands of the national park, such as Fernandina, Santiago and Española, are not drawn and have no census population. INEC notes that its statistical cartography has no metric precision and does not determine official political-administrative jurisdictions. Join on canton, INEC's four-digit code (province + canton) as a string with its leading zero, e.g. 0101 Cuenca.
