Real production join-test against the acceptance file matched 980/989 municipality names (99.1%) on NOMGEO; the miss could not be closed (unsupported_grain - a 24-year panel), so this is published_unverified. Note municipality names are not unique nationally (the acceptance file's 989 distinct names span 1103 state-municipality pairs) - join on CVEGEO where the state is known.
