Each entry in the dataset represents a unique business and includes details such as the business name, type, rating value, rating date, hygiene score, structural score, confidence in management score, and location data (address, postcode, longitude, and latitude). The rating values are part of the Food Hygiene Rating Scheme (FHRS) which assigns businesses a rating from 0 (urgent improvement necessary) to 5 (very good) based on their hygiene standards.
